Weaving Workshops at Studio Andreas
Over the course of 7 weeks, students will learn the fundamental techniques of weaving and use a variety of loom types. Students new to weaving will make woven landscapes on simple frame looms. Experienced weavers can take on bigger and more complex projects. This workshop is great for all levels- from the total beginner to ones with more advanced skills. All weaving workshops led by instructor Chelsea Danburg.

Quilted Blankets
My quilted blankets are functional art- deliciously warm, hand made with natural materials. Beautifully dreamy & cozy to literally wrap yourself in peace, warmth and security, physically and emotionally. They are insulated with a layer of wool on the inside, making them incredibly warm.
The collection includes a variety of styles and sizes. Some are lightweight quilts- surprisingly very warm for their feather weight feel. I also make weighted quilts- insulated with heavier wool fabric, these feel wonderfully grounding and deliciously warm. My wraps are a smaller, long rectangular version of the quilted blankets, the perfect accessory to compliment any outfit. Large throw size quilts are wonderful to toss on the sofa or bed, and wrap yourself in at the outdoor fire.
